Dining Notice

  • Buffet dining time is 90 minutes, calculated from your booked time slot. If a table is occupied beyond the allocated time, the restaurant may charge an extension fee of $15 per 15 minutes. Any period under 15 minutes will still be charged as 15 minutes.
  • Please take food according to your needs. When leaving, if leftover edible food exceeds 150g per person, the restaurant may charge a food waste handling fee of $15 per 150g. Any amount under 150g will not be charged separately.
  • To ensure quality and reduce waste, steak is cooked to order. Each guest may order 1 serving at a time, and may reorder once the previous serving is mostly finished.
  • Children under 1.2m are charged at 50% of the adult price. Children 1.2m and above are charged at the full adult price.
  • All buffet items are for dine-in only and may not be taken away. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, if fewer guests arrive than originally booked, reserved seats and the corresponding charges are not automatically refunded. If you wish to add guests, this will be subject to seat availability at the time. The restaurant reserves the right to adjust table arrangements based on the actual number of guests attending.
  • Paid bookings are held for 30 minutes from the reserved start time. If guests do not arrive within this time and have not contacted us in advance, the restaurant may release the table. If late arrival or non-arrival is due to the guest, refunds or rescheduling will follow the cancellation policy on this page.
  • For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made more than 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours, no-shows, or cases without reasonable notice may incur deductions based on reserved seating, preparation, and actual loss, up to the full booking amount.
  • The restaurant will apply the rules on this page reasonably, in good faith, and in line with actual operational needs. In the event of a dispute, the basis of any charges will be explained to the guest.

  • 自助用餐时间为 90 分钟，自预订时段开始计算。如超时占座，餐厅可按实际情况加收延时使用费，标准为 每 15 分钟 $15，不足 15 分钟按 15 分钟计算。
  • 请按需取餐。离场时如个人剩余可食用食物超过 150 克，餐厅可加收食物浪费处理费，标准为 每 150 克 $15；不足 150 克部分不另计。
  • 为保证出品质量并减少浪费，牛排采取现点现做。每位顾客每次限点 1 份，上一份基本用完后可继续加点。
  • 身高 1.2 米以下儿童按成人价 50% 收费；身高 1.2 米及以上按成人价收费。
  • 所有自助餐品仅限堂食，不可外带。店内禁止吸烟，谢绝自带食品及饮料。
  • 预订成功后，如实际到场人数少于原预订人数，已预留座位及相应餐费不自动退还；如需增加人数，须以现场座位供应情况为准。餐厅有权根据实际到场人数调整台位。
  • 已支付订单自预订时段开始后保留 30 分钟。若顾客未在该时间内到店且未提前联系，餐厅可释放座位。因顾客原因导致未能按时到店的，退款或改期将按本页面取消政策处理。
  • 如需取消或改期，请至少提前 24 小时 联系客服。距离用餐时间 24 小时以上提出取消或改期的，可全额退款；距离用餐时间不足 24 小时取消、未到场或无合理说明的，餐厅可根据已预留座位、备餐安排及实际损失扣除相应费用，最高不超过订单总额。
  • 餐厅将以合理、诚信及符合实际运营需要的方式适用本页面规则，并在发生争议时向顾客说明收费依据。
